Your responsibilities
- Leadership and coordination of the testing team during a project including development and coordination of all testing activities together with the development- and technical department
- If applicable responsibility for budget and results
- Creation of test strategies and -concepts
- Methodical creation of test cases
- Planning, set up and maintenance of test environment (hardware, software)
- Coordination of test execution, validation planning
- Development of new test areas
- Change Management
- Analysis and evaluation of validation results, validation reports
- Recording and suitable display of the applicable metrics during the test
Your qualifications
- University degree in computer science or similar fields of studies
- Good practical programming skills
- Good Understanding of software engineering
- Knowledge of testing process according to ISTQB (certification is an advantage) as well as of different development models
- Knowledge of project management methods
- Experiences with complex test projects
- Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum)
- Analytical skills, confident appearance and high level of initiative
- Outstanding communication skills and team player skills
- Good German skills are a must
- A pleasure in taking on various responsibilities and meeting new challenges
- Willingness to travel within Germany (from Monday to Friday you will mostly be at the customer’s site)
